Delivery is RM7 for West Malaysia and RM22 for East Malaysia.
Meanwhile, when you spend RM90 or more, you’ll enjoy free shipping for West Malaysia, and RM10 off for East Malaysia.
Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays. All orders for your Flommie Malaysia are processed Monday to Friday, and you’ll get an email once it’s on the way!
What if my delivery is delayed or arrives damaged?
If your item is delayed or arrives damaged, reach out to the courier or our support team to file a claim. Keep all packaging and damaged items for the process.
How can I track my order?

We’ll check the issue and help with a return, exchange, or replacement if it qualifies.
What is your return or refund policy?

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return, and refunds take about 14 business days.
