Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 working days (Monday to Friday). Please note that all timeframes refer to business days and exclude weekends, public holidays, and any unforeseen delays related to courier or location-specific issues.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during promotional events may require additional processing time.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:

West Malaysia:
Delivery Time: 1-5 working days
Shipping Cost: RM 7 (up to 3kg)

East Malaysia:
Delivery Time: 3-7 working days
Shipping Cost: RM 22 (up to 1kg)

Delivery fee will be provided during the checkout process.

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur, and we will not be held responsible for any resulting delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing a tracking number or tracking link. You can use this information to monitor your order’s delivery status.

Please allow up to 12 hours after receiving the email for the tracking number to become active.

Damages
Flommie Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or reach out to our support team to file a claim.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and damaged items as they may be required when submitting your claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not offer international shipping outside Malaysia.

Cancellations & Amendments
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been placed and confirmed. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
